Terry, we first met 27 years ago when I started at Birkbeck school with Maxine. I would often spend the weekend at your house and you always made me feel so welcome. I remember your home being one which was filled with love and how you would make us hot chocolates and hot water bottles. As we grew up and had our own families I would often ask after you and Maxine would fill me in on your latest DIY projects. It was always clear to me that you enjoyed nothing more than lending a helping hand and I was often left wondering if there was anything you couldn't do. A very talented man but above all a devoted father and grandfather who will be extremely missed. Rest in peace Terry xx

Life with you certainly was never boring.
Driving together thousands of miles across Europe.
You were also one of few husbands' who always carried out repairs at home without the need to nag.
You are with us always as our children are just as hardworking as you and you have earned to rest in peace. God bless you Love Mum

A generous, kind, opinionated family man who will be greatly missed. I will miss our regular chats. Terry sat with his hot chocolate putting the world to rights or asking me to order a new book.
Terry spoke a lot about his family and how proud he was of them. A great man with tremendous strength and determination to bring his family up the right way.
One of a kind. Miss you.
